Shipping Rates

  • Shipping starts at a flat rate of $9.99 for orders under 8 lbs.

Processing Time

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for payment processing and order handling.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days after processing.

  • Please note: Shipping carriers are currently experiencing delays due to the ongoing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Order Not Received?

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team at gear4greatness@gmail.com.

  • If your order has not arrived within 60 days of the original purchase date, you may be eligible for a partial refund and store credit.

Important: This policy excludes delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or missed delivery attempts.

Returns and Refund Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Please review our return guidelines:

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is defective or not as described, we will:

    • Cover the return shipping cost.

    • Send a replacement item as soon as possible.

All returns must be made within 15 days of delivery and must include original packaging and be in original condition.

Returns and Exchange Policy (Non-Defective Items)

If you change your mind or no longer want your item:

  • A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • You will receive a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery and must be in their original packaging and condition.

Gear For Greatness reserves the right to deny returns requested after the 15-day window has passed.
